Studio Pilates

About Our Studio Classes

Our Studio group sessions aim to improve your individual aspects such as strength, flexibility, co-ordination and posture. Using the Pilates reformer and other spring-loaded resistance, allows for a greater variety of exercises for a more refined workout. The variability of studio sessions, makes it ideal for those recovering from injuries and perfect for those looking for fitness and muscle toning.

Studio sessions operate on a maximum participant to Physiotherapist ratio of 4:1, allowing you to gain a personalised approach, ensuring adequate form and maximizing the effect of each exercise. During your session, your Pilates Physiotherapist is able to devise a individualised program specific to your needs and to address injuries that you may carry.
